By providing Capital Auto Loan with a telephone number for a cellular phone or other wireless device on the Acknowledgements and Disclosures page within the paperwork that you signed when purchasing your vehicle, including a number that you later convert to a cellular number, you are expressly consenting to receiving communications - including but not limited to prerecorded or artificial voice message calls, text messages, and calls made by an automatic telephone dialing system - from us and our affiliates and agents at that number. This express consent applies to each such telephone number that you provide to us now or in the future and permits such calls for non-marketing purposes. Calls and messages may incur access fees from your cellular provider.

Capital Auto Loan will use text messaging to communicate with you about your loan, insurance, or vehicle. Text messaging features work with all major wireless carriers based in the United States. Text messages may be delayed (or not delivered) if your mobile device is not in range of a transmission site, placed in airplane mode, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of your wireless carrier may interfere with message delivery, including your device settings, equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. You acknowledged that urgent alerts and notifications may be delayed, that your wireless carrier does not guarantee that alerts and notifications will be delivered, and that Capital Auto Loan, its service providers, and the wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Capital Auto Loan will not charge you for such communications, but message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier; message frequency depends on your account and how often you use our text messaging features.
